The hotel is conveniently located near the ski-bus stop, making it easy to access the ski slopes. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with big windows and terraces offering beautiful views. the breakfast selection is varied and tasty, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
Although the hotel provides free parking for electric cars, the traffic queues in and out of the area can be overwhelming during peak times.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the beautiful surroundings of Mayrhofen. The owners were great and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with big windows offering stunning views of the mountains. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the free parking with charger for electric cars. Additionally, the breakfast was varied and delicious, with a lovely view of the mountains to start the day off right.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Communication was a challenge as most of the owners and staff did not speak English. It would have been helpful if they had at least a basic level of English proficiency.

The hotel had a nice view of the mountains and was located close to the ski area. the rooms were clean and well-furnished with comfortable beds. the breakfast was tasty and there was a lot of variety.
The staff was not very friendly and did not speak English well. It was difficult to communicate with them and ask for recommendations on what to do in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with large and spacious rooms that had beautiful views of the mountains from the balcony. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a great heated ski locker and boot room. We also appreciated the free underground parking and the fact that they had chargers for electric cars. The location was perfect, with a ski bus stop right outside the hotel and it was just a short drive to the city center of this city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
